Accessibility by phone of the visa and passport department

  • Visa department (Arabic-speaking clients only): Monday to Thursday between 13:30 and 15:30 hours, and Friday between 12:00 and 13:00 hours via telephone number +21 25 37 21 96 70.
  • Passport department: Monday to Thursday between 14:00 and 15:00 hours, and Friday between 12:00 and 13:00 hours via telephone number +21 25 37 21 96 22.
