Applying for a certificate of legal capacity to marry in Afghanistan

Are you a Dutch national living in Afghanistan? And do you want to apply for a certificate of legal capacity to marry? There is no Dutch embassy in Afghanistan. If you have never lived in the Netherlands and wish to marry in Afghanistan, you can apply for the certificate at a Dutch embassy or consulate-general in another country.
