Applyinf for a certificate of legal capacity to marry in Azerbaijan
Are you a Dutch national living in Azerbaijan and you need a certificate of legal capacity to marry? The Dutch embassy in Baku does not issue this certificate. Instead you can apply for a certificate of marital status.
Warning: Are you a Dutch national living in the Netherlands (or have you lived in the Netherlands previously)? You can get a certificate of legal capacity to marry from the Dutch municipality where you live or the last municipality you lived in before you left the Netherlands.
