Applying for a certificate of life (attestatie de vita) in Afghanistan

Are you a Dutch national living in Afghanistan? And do you want to apply for a certificate of life? There is no Dutch embassy in Afghanistan. You can apply for the certificate at a Dutch embassy or consulate-general in another country.
