If you live outside the Netherlands, you cannot apply for Wajong benefit. If you live in the Netherlands and already receive Wajong benefit, there are some cases in which you can continue to receive it if you move abroad.

Entitlement to payment under other schemes

If you were living outside the Netherlands when you became unable to work, you may be entitled to payment under another scheme, such as benefit under the Work and Income (Capacity for Work) Act (WIA benefit) from the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV).
