Applying for an emergency travel document in Ukraine

If you are in Ukraine and your Dutch passport has expired or been lost or stolen, you can apply at the Dutch embassy in Kyiv (Kiev).

You can apply by sending an e-mail to: kie-ca@minbuza.nl. The embassy will let you know which documents you need for your application.
