Applying for an emergency travel document in Yemen

Yemen is in a state of civil war. The conflict has led to the closure of the Dutch embassy in Sana’a. Dutch efforts in Yemen are focused on humanitarian assistance, conflict resolution and peacebuilding. A number of programmes related to health, drinking water and sanitation are still running, in so far as the security situation permits.
