Having Dutch passport photos taken in Kazakhstan
If you are in Kazakhstan and need passport photos that meet the requirements for a Dutch passport, you have 2 options.
1. Take the photo matrix to a photographer

2. Go to a photographer in the Russian Federation, Ukraine or China who is familiar with Dutch requirements
We have no information about photographers in Kazakhstan who are familiar with the Dutch requirements. However, we do have information about photographers in the Russian Federation, Ukraine or China. If you are already travelling to the embassy/consulate in the Russian Federation, Ukraine or China to apply for a passport, ID card or visa, you can have your photos taken there.
