Having Dutch passport photos taken in Kosovo
If you are in Kosovo and need passport photos that meet the requirements for a Dutch passport, you have 2 options.
1. Take the photo matrix to a photographer
The photo matrix provides an explanation for photographers about the Dutch requirements for passport photos. Download and print the PDF ‘photo matrix model 2020’ in Dutch, English, French or Spanish. Take this with you to the photographer.
2. Go to a photographer in North Macedonia who is familiar with Dutch requirements
We have no information about photographers in Kosovo who are familiar with the Dutch requirements. However, we do have information about photographers in North Macedonia. If you are already travelling to the embassy/consulate in North Macedonia to apply for a passport, ID card or visa, you can have your photos taken there.
