Having Dutch passport photos taken in Lithuania
If you are in Lithuania and need passport photos that meet the requirements for a Dutch passport, you have 2 options.
1. Take the photo matrix to a photographer

2. Go to a photographer in Finland or Poland who is familiar with Dutch requirements
We have no information about photographers in Lithuania who are familiar with the Dutch requirements. However, we do have information about photographers in Finland or Poland . If you are already travelling to the embassy in Finland or Poland to apply for a passport, ID card or visa, you can have your photos taken there.
