We use the information you provide on the contact form to answer your questions. And we use the information you provide by phone, email or WhatsApp for quality control and training purposes. Your data is anonymised.
Calls with the NetherlandsWorldwide contact centre are recorded, transcribed and saved as text. These texts are used for training purposes and to improve our services. Your data is anonymised.
Protecting personal data
NetherlandsWorldwide protects the personal data it uses.
Retention period for personal data
NetherlandsWorldwide retains your personal data for up to 12 months for the purposes for which your information was requested, as permitted under the Public Records Act.
Your privacy rights
You can submit a request in any of the following situations.
- If you wish to know which personal data of yours the ministry is processing.
- If you wish to amend your personal data.
- If you wish to have your personal data deleted.
- If you wish us to limit the processing of your personal data.
- If you wish to lodge an objection.
