Family visit
You can apply for a short-stay Caribbean visa if you have 1st or 2nd degree relatives in a Caribbean part of the Kingdom. The following persons are 1st or 2nd degree relatives:
- 1st degree: partner (marriage partner or registered partner), parent (also adoptive and stepparent), parent-in-law, child (also adopted and stepchild), daughter-in-law, son-in-law
- 2nd degree: brother, sister, grandchild, grandfather, grandmother, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, stepsister and stepbrother
Are you coming to a Caribbean part of the Kingdom for a maximum of 90 days to visit family? And do you have 1st or 2nd degree relatives in a Caribbean part of the Kingdom? Then you can apply for a short-stay Caribbean visa at VFS Global in Moscow.
Business
You are eligible to apply for a short-stay Caribbean visa if you work for a company with a branch in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom, and with 10 or more employees.
Send an email to the economic department of the Netherlands embassy in Moscow: mos-economics@minbuza.nl. Please include:
- the name of the company (or the names of the companies) in the Russian Federation and in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom
- your first name, surname and function in the company
- your email address and telephone number
- the period of your stay
- your purpose of stay
The embassy will contact you within a few days. You will then hear whether you can apply for a visa.

You can apply for a short-stay Caribbean visa if you work as a seafarer.

Social or cultural
You are eligible to apply for a short-stay Caribbean visa if you meet the following 2 conditions:
- You have been invited by a Dutch social, cultural or government organisation.
- The event or visit you have been invited to is in line with the Dutch policy regarding the Russian Federation: supporting independent and critical organisations, individuals and artists.
With a short-stay Caribbean visa for a social or cultural purpose, you cannot perform paid work in the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom.

- your name and surname
- your email address and telephone number
- the period of your stay in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom
- your purpose of stay
- a copy of the invitation of the Caribbean organisation
The embassy will contact you within a few days. You will then hear whether you can apply for a visa.
