How can I collect the DigiD activation code from abroad?

If you have applied for a DigiD and received a service desk code, you can activate your DigiD. You will need an activation code to do this. You can collect your DigiD activation code in a video call with NetherlandsWorldwide, or from a DigiD service desk abroad or in the Netherlands.

Do you live outside The Netherlands? You can collect your activation code via a video call with NetherlandsWorldwide. Every Friday at 09.00 and 14.00 (CET) appointments are released for the coming week.

    There are 18 DigiD service desks abroad and in the Netherlands in the Caribbean. If you live near one of them, you can collect your activation code there.

    If you live near to the Netherlands or will be visiting the Netherlands for work, a holiday, or to see family, for example, you can collect your activation code from 1 of the 14 DigiD service desks in the Netherlands.
